I'd like to copy this Skymiles_red site

I'd like to be able to duplicate the layout on this site: http://phoenix.fanster.com/forum/

Particularly the black parts on each side of the forum, and the two menu bars above the second image bar (with The Forums on it)

Is this something someone on here could help me with?

I want my site to look like theirs.

they made a lot of changes in skymiles style to follow their site style .

they changed in the style it self , the CSS , in the overallheader and the body ...

Yes, I know that's what they have done.
