need help in java 1.4 snake game project

i have been given a java project as an assignment ......i need to make a snake game in java 1.4 ......can u please help me out ........can u please provide me the program code needed for this project ......
i have been told to make this project using applets so please help me byeeeeeeeee thanks

cud u jes explain ur code to me ... it will b very much helpful in my project ... i just need to kno what each variable tht u hav used in ur code is used for ...
