Who can suggest what to use to write program which compare 2 directories look for same file and copy or move those files to other directory in which it is.

High level programming langauges like Java , and C# will be good in this case .But the idea , What is the one you already knew , or what is the one , is easier for you to use .

I know php better than others. I mean what functions
