I'd like to copy this Skymiles_red site

Hi,

I'd like to be able to duplicate the layout on this site: http://phoenix.fanster.com/forum/

Particularly the black parts on each side of the forum, and the two menu bars above the second image bar (with The Forums on it)

Is this something someone on here could help me with?

they made a lot of changes in skymiles style to follow their site style .
