bmiles v1.0 - images are not showing

After adding images as attachments, thay are not shown in posts;

(this image will be visible in prosilver~)

I've refleshed skins and themes, rebuilded statistics, indexes and so on.
Till last week everything worked fine, I have'nt installed or modifited anything, it just happend ;s

how this happened ?? anyone deleted the style images or changes any options for the images list !!

try to re install the style again
