Question:

PHP--
1. How can I make postings in the forums in descending order rather than ascending.

It's driving me crazy to have to scroll through all the old messages to read new posts and/or submit posts. I have to go back every thing to select descending.

2. How can I add the tool bar--bold,italics, etc.

ascending ? you mean the dates of posts ? you want to show the old one first ... if yes .. based on the forums engine you are using and if this a feature exists in it administration or not ,most often you will need a code change.

to answer your second question , i need to know the system you are using .?

I want to show the NEW postings FIRST. Right now, I have to go from November on to today. Every time I look at the forum I have to manually change to descending order so I don't have to page through all the old messages.
