thanks for u r reply. But not exactly we want.
Actually we would like to run our servlet by making connection with ms access database. We also would like to know that where we have to placed the context.xml and web.xml file in tomcat 6.0.

First : why don't you use net-beans IDE and it is free, it makes easy for you to deploy project to application servers like tomcat .

Second : web.xml and such xml configurations you will find under web-inf folder under your deploy project at tomcat.
