please tell me difference between code standard & coding convention ?

Coding convention:
A rule about how you are to write your code so that it will be
consistent, easily understood and robust.

Coding standard:
A rule about how you are to write your code so that it will be
consistent, easily understood and robust and so that it will be
acceptable to the entity that is paying you to write the code.
