Should Have,
• At least 2 – 3 SharePoint (MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0 / SPS 2003) based Project implementation
• At least done design in one of the implementations
• Exposure to Custom Web Part development, and Advanced MOSS Customization
• Technical Leadership for a team of about 4-6 team members
Nice to Have,
• Good Understanding of the most of the OOTB templates, Web Parts available in MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0 platform
• Custom Workflow Development
