hi guys.. I hava some problem on windows, previously i have installed two OS (both are Windows XP), and then i removed both of them nd installed Windows XP in C drive..
Nw the problem is previosly i hava two OS so in boot menu 2 OS are displayed to select which one to start..after removing those 2 and installed XP in the boot menu still 2 OS are displaying...ang the second option is dummy (as on slctng, there is no OS to start)
How can i fix this problem as i need nt display the second option to select windows to start

search for file with name Boot.ini

hi.., its very Simple... Log in to ur newly installed Xp... After Login follow this...
1.Click @ Run Option [Windows button + R] 2.Start typing "msconfig" and press enter 3.And u will find a tab named "Boot" 4.The OS which u installed will be shown on the screen 5.Delete the one which u dont want...

"msconfig" is also not working...( it shows windows can not find msconfig.....)
