i know some methods of black hat techniques,
using only one keyword in keywords meta tag(a,a,a,a,a,a),
using only a bunch of keywords like(a,a,a,a,a,a,,a,a,instead of a clear description)in your description meta tag,
using a bunch of keywords in your image alt tags(a,a,a,a,a,a,a,a),
using hidden words or sentences which is invisible to human beings and visible to only search engine robots,
using doorway pages,etc.

Just try to get links from good source. If you meant increasing Google page rank, you can search high page rank blogs , participate in the discussion . Be careful not to spam . Leave useful comment. Many blogs are there that are do follow which accept good
