DBA stands for Database Administrator. The meaning of Database Administrator is consists of the performance or management of business operations and thus the making or implementing of major decisions. Database Administrator is responsible for Troubleshooting ,Performance and the security of data. Database Administrator will be work on testing the new version of Database Management System(DBMS) and installing .Most of all the requirement of DBS job is in U.K. DBA consider the course of Computer Engineering,Computer Science,Electronic,Software Engineering,Information Technology etc. Most Database Administrator position require Unix and Database management system and the language of Structured Query Language (SQL).Many DBA move on to other areas such as Project management,Database Architecture,Network Management and System Development.
