To convert scanned PDF files, you need an OCR PDF to Word converter, OCR means Optical Character Recognition, with this technology, text in scanned PDF files is recognizable. Here I used Advanced PDF Converter which helped me convert scanned PDF to Word for example to show you how to complete the task.
