sir I used Cisco call manager express supported Cisco router 2801 as a media gateway. And used cme 3.0, CISCO IP communicator 7.0soft phone. Here we only considered 2 users. We want create and configure voice dial peers in CCME. Our requirement is when one user call to other one if he do not answer the call within 20ms that must route to the out look mail box of the user through exchange server 2007 as a voice mail. sir i want the configuration steps for this on cme also.(we want to create a sip trunk between the CME and the exchange server also). sir I want All the configuration steps of the call manager express router for this procedure. PLZ BE KIND ENOUGH TO REPLY FOR OUR PROBLEM.THANK U.

I'm not into this system but did you tried the manual on the product page?
