I am interested to learn visual C++ and would like practice at home.
If anyone of you have some idea of what all is needed to practice it.
Please help me with links and guidelines about installation of free
VC++ along with other software required.

Follow the links there for the development software, they have free
versions of all of their development software plus Microsoft SQL Server.
