hello - how to dynamiclly load a costum user control with a param constructur??

well i got a user control
i try to call it like
string s = "my param";
asp.MyUC uc = (asp.MyUC) LoadControl(typeof(asp.MyCU),new object[1]{s});

but the param ctor never hit - its gos to the defaule one (with no params)
